Dennis Antinori joins Implantable Provider Group

Atlanta, Ga. (Sept. 26, 2007) - Dennis Antinori, a retired healthcare industry professional with more than 30 years' experience, has joined the board of directors of Implantable Provider Group (IPG). IPG, based in Alpharetta, offers solutions for healthcare providers, payors and manufacturers to alleviate the financial risk and management issues associated with implantable medical devices. Antinori is a retired senior executive of Guidant Corporation. He is currently a part time advisor with senior executives at Medtronic Corporation, and has also served as an advisor to Advanced Respiratory Technologies.

Antinori was an original member of the senior management team that led Guidant when it was spun off from Eli Lilly and Company in 1994. He played a key role in shaping the business structure and culture within Guidant and its field organization. Antinori's most recent responsibility was as senior vice president of corporate sales and operations with over $1 billion in revenue responsibility.

Prior to Guidant, Antinori was with Baxter Healthcare Corporation where he also held positions in sales and marketing. Antinori brings a wealth of experience in leadership, identifying and developing market opportunities, creating and executing strategic initiatives, and building and developing management teams. During his career he has developed long standing relationships with leading cardiologists, prestigious medical centers, and corporate healthcare organizations.

Antinori earned his B.S. degree in business and economics from the University of Tampa and completed Columbia University's "Managing The Enterprise" program. He and his wife, Suzanne, reside in Tampa as well as maintain a home in Atlanta.
